The Jewelry Art:
Jewelry designing is an art and the profession of creating new design. It is the large economic impact in the country of India and is considered as an important source of investment. In this art will cover people in every centuries and the simple bead work of ancient time to the sophisticated metalworking and gem cutting is known in the modern world.
Traditionally jewel is typically translated into wax or metal. A CAD model is generally used as basic for a CNC cut or 3D printed wax pattern to be used for casting processes.
Uses of CAD Technology:
CAD (Computer Aided Design) is course of developing necessary skills to become a good technician. In the year 1957 Dr. Patrick J. Hanratty was developed PRONTO (the first commercial numerical control programming system. The CAD will demonstrate the basic principles and feasibility of computer technical drawing.
In this course will teach how to use CAD software i.e. Matrix and Rhinoceros to create models and V-Ray software for photorealistic renderings. Then you become a jewelry engineer. In the CAD will also explain the 2D or 3D models are designed in computer software programming. The course duration is two year with job experience.
Uses of 3D Technology:
The 3D Jewellery Designing is the 3D design will be printed to the jewelry. In the 3D models is very good factor of time saving to the CAD designers. All you need is a vision of perseverance and an idea of how jewelry will design together. 3D database of realistic mater is small but virtually the same as the material in real life and it look like a finished once. In the Jewelry designer will also develop the models of programs in Rhinoceros and Matrix and also need well knowledge in Photoshop technology.
